My desk faces the window and this morning while I was working I looked up and saw a kind of spark. I kept watching for a while and it stayed in the same spot, slightly moving but only shining/reflecting light, as if it was rotating while hovering.

I grabbed my phone and shot this video but my zoom sucks so that’s as close as I could get.

I probably spent a good five minutes staring at it trying to make sense of what I was seeing and it barely moved. I got distracted for a second with a message and when I looked back it was gone.
