Date & Time: July 10th, 2025, around 00:45–00:50 AM
Location: Piazzale degli Eroi, Rome, Italy
Weather: Clear sky, almost full Moon (waning)
Direction: From Ursa Major, diagonally left across the sky
---
Personal Testimony:
At around 12:45 AM, I was at the window of my room in Rome, overlooking the square of Piazzale degli Eroi, smoking a joint with my girlfriend. The sky was crystal clear, and the Moon was nearly full — bright enough to wash out many stars. Still, what we saw was unmistakable.
From just below Ursa Major, a cluster of luminous dots similar to bright stars appeared — some white, some blueish, but clearly something else. There were at least 30 to 40 of them, moving together inside what I can only describe as a strange, nebulous cloud. Not a regular cloud. It looked like cosmic ice or interstellar dust — a translucent, hovering mass suspended in orbit.
These lights behaved in a way no natural or manmade object does. Some hovered, others moved in tight, coordinated patterns, darting up, down, left, and right, but all stayed within the limits of that glowing blueish cloud. It wasn’t random. It felt intentional, organized. They we're moving, i have no doubt about that.
We watched in stunned silence as they glided across the sky, from right in front of us, just over my elementary school where you could see that night the big Ursa Major, to the up left.
They didn't flash or blink like planes, and they weren’t in a line like Starlink satellites. They looked like a space fleet. Some were larger and stable, almost like capital ships, while smaller lights zipped around like fighters or scouts.
Despite the brightness of the Moon, we could see them clearly. We tried filming — we even tried photos — but our devices couldn't catch It (we tried...). Just Black. In Rome the Sky and the air Is very polluted. If i had my Canon ready i think i could have taken some photos, but It was buried in a case under other stuff so i didn't thought to try take a picture.
Here things get strange.
At some point, without really thinking, we waved at them. I started waving at them and said to my girlfriend to wave at them too. She did.
And exactly after that... a small comet-like white light streaked straight down from the same point where the formation had first appeared — just next to the left of Ursa Major. It felt like a response. A nod. A quiet “we see you too.”
And then, just as they had come, they slowly disappeared — not flying off, but fading out, likely due to light refraction, angle of view, or something beyond my understanding. I know this phenomenon from satellite watching — how they appear and vanish due to sunlight and orbital geometry. But these lights didn’t move like satellites. I've seen one time starlink formed like a cigar cause the satellites were very near, that reflecting light seems like a ufo, which disappeared. But the line formation was evident for me. This time there was no line formation. It was moving like atoms, idk.
They moved like something else. Something alive. Something watching.
I’ve spent my whole life fascinated by this topic. I’ve read books, seen photos, videos, movies, TV series, and read countless stories about UFOs, aliens, and unexplained phenomena. I’ve always looked at them with curiosity, but also with a critical mind. In all that time, I never found a single piece of evidence that felt truly real for me — always something too blurry, too convenient, too explainable by many things, mostly human-made or objects or phenomena in the atmosphere, or just fake stories to make money.
But this was different.
I saw it.
My girlfriend saw it.
We were both clear-minded, calm, grounded.
He only thing i can remember now of that moment is that it felt exactly like one of my dreams, where i was inside a white metal alien spaceship (i've dream the Aliens many time tho, one time they appeared to me like the red sprites phenomena! In another one of my dreams i telepathycally spoke to them, and they to me. I don't know why, but they we're always very collective. Like a collective mind...)
I consider myself a man of science, but also a philosopher, a shaman, and a fateweaver. I use runes, tarots, i ching, tibetan dice, and many other magical things. I don't believe in a single creator god or that this illusion of matter, energy and vibrations Is inferior and that i have do dominated cause i'm superior. I believe in Nature, in an eternal, breathing, self-creating Universe — one that has no beginning and no end, only cycles of creation and destruction. What It was called the Great Spirit or the Great Mistery.
To me, the Universe is like the Greeks imagined it, or like it's written in the Bhagavad Gita or told in Norse mythology — a world not made once, but constantly reshaped, forever in motion, forever transforming. And not a single world. Not a single Planet. Not a single universe. Many. Many. Many. Things. Things. Things. Lives. Lives. Lives. Deaths. Deaths. Deaths. This is our Plane of existence right now. Maybe there's even more, and creatures and beings travel between them.
Science gives us theories — brilliant, grounded, testable ones — but it also recognizes its limits. Even science teaches us that nothing is created, nothing is destroyed, everything transforms. I tried to apply since i was a kid of three years old in my life the philosophy of the Buddha, about Impermanence and Suffering, and Always have been fascinated by Krishna Blue figure.
But if the Universe is that — a web of infinite, evolving impermanent systems with rules — then it’s not only possible but almost certain that many planets harbor life, and some of that life is intelligent, just like ours, or even beyond ours.
If our Universe is like a massive network of game servers, each evolving separately but coexisting, then yes — it’s not unreasonable to believe we have neighbors. And maybe, just maybe, they pass by now and then, just to wave — like they did to us for those two minutes from above that window.

Rational Explanations Considered (and discarded):
In those following minutes, I went through every possible explanation I could think of. I’ve read about and studied these for years, almost all of my curious life about nature:
1. Starlink satellites – I’ve seen them many times. This was absolutely not that. No straight line, no predictable movement, no uniform reflection.
2. Other satellites or orbital debris – Nothing in orbit behaves like this: erratic motion, tight grouping, varying speeds and directions.
3. Airplanes or drones – Too high. Too silent. Too small and numerous. No blinking lights, no sounds.
4. Birds reflecting light – Impossible. These were in space, or at least well beyond the atmosphere.
5. Atmospheric ice particles or space dust – Maybe the cloud-like structure could be explained this way, but the moving lights within it couldn’t.
6. Sprites, blue jets, or other atmospheric phenomena like globular lightning – Too stable. Lasted too long. Moved in complex patterns. Not electrical discharges. Not a single one of the "spaceship" was disappearing. They we're all always there.
7. Meteors or shooting stars – Way too slow and structured, bright, and don't last this long.
8. Plasma balls or orbs – This was not a local or atmospheric phenomenon. It was clearly orbital or higher.
9. Mass hallucination or psychological suggestion – Unlikely. Both my girlfriend and I saw the same thing, reacted the same way, in real-time, and we were just started smoking the first joint of the day. We we're sober in that moment, and both mentally stable with no precedent history of hallucinations and mental disorder predisposition or experience with that.
I want to make things very clear: WE DO NOT USE DRUGS (except weed and hashish, which still don't cause hallucinations and not for sure a distant stellar fleet of lights-stars that behave like that in a restricted area). We don't use cocaine, mdma, amphetamine, ketamine, opioids, pills, meds, speed, LSD, DMT, 5-meo-DMT or any other drugs, and never will, as we are very AWARE of what the black market put in those things. We are planning on simples psylocybe cubensis in the future, but still, that night and all the days before that we were always sober.

My conclusion
I don't have faith in this.
I don't believe it blindly. I actually don't believe anything and i know nothing. I Just vibe with this, and this experience was very good vibes.
I simply know what me and my girlfriend saw.
And the only explanation that fits — in movement, behavior, and presence — is that that was a stellar fleet. Just like Star Wars Imperial Cruisers, swarmed by Tie fighters.
A gathering of ships — large, steady, powerful, and smaller ones moving between them. They weren’t showing off. They were just there, like a convoy passing through.
And for a brief moment in time, they let us see them. And maybe they wave back.
"The world is the dream of a Wizard." I wrote in one of my books.
And that night, I was awake in it.

(I made a drawing that represents what we saw. It was just a little smaller than Ursa Major, but still very big. Here it is, i tried my best)
Thanks for reading this, and to all the people that we're in Rome that night and saw this, comment about it of you did!
