Description

Time: 8:30 PM PST
Location: Mission Viejo, California
I saw this at the same time I saw the rocket coming up over the horizon from my vantage point, it was much lower altitude and traveled across the sky at a rate of speed that, from my vantage point, made it appear almost like it was going the same speed as the rocket. Any ideas?
