Description
I was looking over the James River when I saw a solid, orange orb hovering over Manchester. It looked perfectly round and had no signs of wings, rotors, or FAA lights. It moved slowly to the east at an altitude and speed that could not be a plane. It appeared like a solid, circular orb by eye even if it appears blurry in the video. Other blinking orbs / craft can be seen blinking in the distance but this was constantly orange. It is very similar to the orbs I saw over Langley Air Force Base in December 2023.
