I was filming the sky this morning at a rest area when I noticed a strange thing emerge from a cloud.

At first it looked like a couple almost cartoonish/fake lights; then it gradually morphed into a tight cluster of glowy shapes. Then it faded into a cloud; then it emerged again as a glowing sort of face, before fading out into a cloud again.

The video is 3 minutes long, I alternated zooming in to show it slightly better, since it's far away and small.
