Description

Noticed the second picture from outside my window, the light seemed to be getting brighter and then going dimmer. While watching it for about 5 min I believe I saw it flashing between white and red (every 2s?) for about 10 seconds, then seemed to drift about 3in (from photo perspective) to the right, stopped briefly, and drifted 6in to the left. After that, it seemed to move in a circular pattern, remaining in a roughly 3in radius from its original position. After seeing this I went outside and saw Photo #1, no other stars in the sky just partly cloudy as you can see. While writing this, I noticed 2 lights out my window instead of 1, I tried running back outside to record if they were changing position but once i was out there I couldn't see them with the streetlights and clouds. After coming back inside I could only see a single light, much further and dimmer but noticeably pulsing between bright and dim like I had noticed before, I watched it get smaller and dimmer from my window until I couldn't see it anymore.
