I recorded this video using the OBA1 Beach Cam at Seaside Park, NJ on January 4, 2025. While reviewing the footage, I noticed several interesting points of light that behave unusually. In the video, I circled these points and attempted to adjust the playback speed to focus on the most intriguing moments. Apologies in advance for my basic video editing skills—this is my first attempt at highlighting something like this. I even missed a few interesting parts, but I hope what’s included here is still worthwhile.

Throughout the recording, you’ll see numerous lights moving across the screen. Some of these seem to behave like typical aircraft (I didn’t circle those), but others stand out for their strange movements. What’s especially compelling is that many of the lights I point out appear to either take off from or disappear at the same two points on the horizon, repeatedly.

This footage comes from a random two-hour screen capture, so I wasn’t targeting any specific event or anomaly—it just happened to be what showed up during this timeframe. I don’t claim to know what these lights are, but I’d love to hear your thoughts.
