This is the longer, second video he sent me.
It is now approximately 45 minutes since the first video was taken, and they are still in the same location only after a slight shift in formation. He said that there was one other one slightly out of frame that was moving while these were still. As I was posting, this continued post, he texted me saying one flew over his house that was separate from this formation. He ran to get a video but failed as he was talking with his family.

He is very adamant these are constantly appearing and they are quiet.
