Potentially an UFO or maybe a big white drone, it was extremely high compared where normal drone’s flight.
I find it meanwhile I was at the park with my dog, the object was completely freeze in place (the movement is just with my camera with the highest zoom possible(iPhone 16 pro).

I thought for a moment it was a drone but as you can see it’s VERY bright(more than the video), I just keep walking to the front building and after trying to spot it one more time was not there anymore.
