Here is my observations. At 16:30 i was closing my shop when i see this light in the sky. The sun is starting to set and there are no other starts visible. So i thought it must be a planet, yet it was visibly moving? I alligned it with a wall and within seconds it popped into view.

I ran to grab the camera.
Observed it for around 45 mins, with the light changing color/shape and intensitiy, at some times it looked to be exploding. Not moving linear, it looked like it moved more downwards/towards us before going 30 Degrees up to our right?

Notice the second light(glare) above the object and how it moves frome right to left? Also the second light seems to go when the object is exploding?

Also notice some sort of "field" around the object?

After a few mins of me observing this thing and it doing strange things i got a bit excited so i hope nobody speaks rural austrian german.

Any Ideas apreciated.

Venus: i doubt, moving too fast and not linear.
Camera glare: Its a real thing but what is the light? See it changing colors before exploding?
Why exlode?
Weather baloon: no
Search light: This light intensity? Normaly visible light towards projection.

Also because it looks strange on video, most of the time im zoomed fully into the object and it changing light expand is its own thing not me zooming in!!!
