Description

This video popped up in my feed and i couldn't help but recall David Fravor saying the object he saw moved like a ping pong ball in a cup. This is the closest thing ive ever seen to what he said and what do you know lockheed made it. Let me know what you all think, makes me wonder what advancements theyve made with this tech in the last two decades.
