Description

In this clip, Daniel Sheehan, founder of the New Paradigm Institute, examines a hypothetical scenario in which the United States might deploy nuclear weapons near Russia’s border. He explores the potential implications of such actions, including whether Extraterrestrial or Non-Human Intelligences (NHI) could feel compelled to intervene to prevent a thermonuclear conflict—a move that might inadvertently disclose their presence to humanity.

This thought experiment raises profound questions about human sovereignty, independence, and our evolutionary development as a species. If humanity is in a "childlike" stage of growth, could extraterrestrial or NHI entities claim moral authority to disarm our nuclear capabilities for the sake of planetary safety?
