Coulthart on contractor scientists (2022) — Coulthart describes scientists said to work on secret UAP research.

In 2022, journalist Ross Coulthart said that much UAP-related research and development was being carried out in the government-contractor space, beyond normal oversight. He described scientists said to work on secret UAP research.

Coulthart has said he spoke to many sources for his reporting, but hasn't published documents supporting this claim. His reporting in 2023 introduced David Grusch to the public.

The claim remains unverified. The Pentagon's AARO has said it found no evidence of hidden UAP reverse-engineering programs.
