Dan Sherman's transfer papers — Dan Sherman provides transfer papers he says relate to Project Preserve Destiny.

According to the testimony, in December 1993 Dan Sherman provided transfer papers that he says relate to his time in "Project Preserve Destiny", the NSA program he claims trained him to communicate telepathically with grey aliens while he worked as an electronic intelligence specialist.

Military transfer orders and service records can confirm where Sherman was stationed and when, and they appear consistent with his Air Force service. But they don't mention any program like the one he describes, and can't by themselves support his claims about its purpose.

Sherman remains the only source for Project Preserve Destiny, and no other participants or documents describing it have come forward. His 1997 book Above Black lays out his account.
