David Rudiak is an American physicist and long-time Roswell researcher.
The Ramey memo
Rudiak is best known for his analysis of the "Ramey memo", a sheet of paper held by Gen. Roger Ramey in a photograph taken in Fort Worth on 8 July 1947, when the Roswell debris was shown to the press as a weather balloon. Using high-resolution scans of the original negative, Rudiak argued from the early 2000s that the text includes the phrases "victims of the wreck" and "the disc", which would suggest bodies were recovered. Other analysts say the text is too blurry to read reliably and that readings depend on expectation. Rudiak also runs a detailed website on Roswell evidence.
