Joseph Ralston (born 1943) is a retired U.S. Air Force general who served as Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (1996–2000) and then as NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe.
The Wilson–Davis notes

Ralston is named in the disputed Wilson–Davis notes, which describe Vice Adm. Thomas Wilson's alleged attempt in 1997 to access a contractor-run UFO program. In 2019, Ralston said he met Wilson almost daily during that period but did not recall any discussions about UFOs. His statement is cited by those who doubt the notes.
