Puthoff on withheld materials science — Puthoff says private companies withhold materials science information.

In a 2022 interview, physicist Hal Puthoff said that materials science knowledge related to UAP was being withheld from the broader scientific community, presumably by contractors or agencies holding such material.

Puthoff has long advocated releasing UAP data so that scientists can study it openly. He worked on the Pentagon-funded AAWSAP program and with To The Stars Academy, which claimed to have obtained exotic materials.

His claim assumes that such material exists, which hasn't been confirmed. AARO said in 2024 that the materials it examined were of terrestrial origin.
