Uncle's 1946–47 project claim — A woman says her uncle worked on a 1946–47 government project linked to a crash.

In April 1991, according to Leonard Stringfield's later reports, a woman wrote that her uncle had worked in 1946–47 on a government project connected with a crash, and had told the family about it before he died.

The account is second-hand: the uncle wasn't named publicly, and the project and crash weren't identified clearly enough to be checked. Stringfield included it in his collection of crash-retrieval testimony as he received it. No records support it.
