Larry Lemke's father and unusual hardware — A NASA engineer says his father worked on hardware that seemed to come from beyond Earth.
According to Jacques Vallée's journals, in June 2003 NASA Ames engineer Larry Lemke told Lockheed scientist Bernard Haisch that his father had worked on advanced hardware that seemed to come from somewhere other than Earth. Haisch relayed the story to Vallée.
The account is a family recollection, passed on second-hand, with no documentation. Lemke's father wasn't named in a way that allows checking, and the hardware wasn't described in detail.
The story is typical of many in Vallée's journals: intriguing hints from credible people that can't be verified.
