The Goldwater letter

In a letter dated 28 March 1975, Senator Barry Goldwater replied to Arnon, saying that he had once tried to find out about information at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and was refused, and that the subject had become so highly classified that it was impossible to get anything on it. The letter is widely quoted by researchers as evidence of secrecy. Arnon is known mainly as its recipient.
