Steve Millard was a Silicon Valley investor who, in November 1986, hosted a private study group on UFOs at his home, attended by Jacques Vallée and others from the technology and research community.
Significance
Millard's group is one of several private gatherings recorded in Vallée's journals, in which business leaders, scientists and former officials discussed UFOs away from public view in the 1980s. These meetings show that interest in the subject extended into technology and investment circles. Little else is publicly known about Millard's involvement.
