Edgar Fouche was an American who said he served in the U.S. Air Force and worked on secret aircraft programs as a contractor.
Claims
In 1998, Fouche claimed that the U.S. had a secret triangular aircraft, the "TR-3B", using a mercury plasma to reduce its weight, and that a secret facility lay beneath Groom Lake. He described these in his book Alien Rapture (1998). Researchers could not confirm his credentials, and no such aircraft has been confirmed, but the "TR-3B" became a popular explanation for black triangle sightings.
