John F. Kennedy (1917–1963) was the 35th President of the United States, serving from 1961 until his assassination in November 1963. He is not known to have spoken publicly about UFOs.
In UFO lore

Kennedy appears in several disputed documents and stories. On 12 November 1963, ten days before his death, he signed a genuine directive proposing space cooperation with the Soviet Union. A separate memo with the same date, asking the CIA director to review UFO files, surfaced in the 1990s and its authenticity is disputed. Other papers in the MJ-12 set, including a claimed "burned memo", are widely regarded as fakes. Some writers link his assassination to UFO secrets, a theory without evidence.
