Description
I saw this today while walking my dog, it appeared to be drifting south. I live in Lakewood Colorado and this was taken at 10:01 am today 9/17/2023. I think maybe that it is balloons given it appeared to be moving south.
What alerted me was the strange behavior of the 3 circles or orbs.
