Description
This was spotted in North Wales, around 8pm on the 8/8/23.
Video was taken by a friend, filmed in St.Asaph and looking south.
He said it was shiny metallic like, and hardly moved, glitching in the sun.
I told him it could be a balloon, or a drone but it does look like its spinning.
What are your thoughts?
