Burroughs and Kit Green's meditation advice — Rendlesham witness John Burroughs says Kit Green suggested meditation practices to him.

John Burroughs, a key witness in the December 1980 Rendlesham Forest incident in England, said in 2018 that Kit Green had encouraged him to try meditation practices to help with his health problems. Burroughs had suffered serious heart problems, which he attributed to his exposure during the encounter.

Green had reviewed Burroughs's medical records and said parts had been classified. In 2015, Burroughs won his disability claim with the Department of Veterans Affairs after Sen. John McCain's office intervened.

The testimony cites a scientific paper on meditation's effects on the brain as context. Burroughs has continued to speak about Rendlesham, including at events in 2026.
