Catherine Austin Fitts is an American investment banker who served as Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under President George H.W. Bush. She later founded the financial firm Solari and became known for research into "missing money" in U.S. government budgets.
UFO connections
Fitts argues that trillions of dollars in unsupported budget adjustments at the Pentagon and HUD may fund secret programs, which she links to a hidden space and UFO economy. Her claims about missing money draw on real accounting problems, but their link to UFO programs is speculative.
