Colm Kelleher is an Irish-born biochemist who studied cell biology and worked in biomedical research before becoming deputy administrator of the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS), Robert Bigelow's research group in Las Vegas.
Research

At NIDS, Kelleher led field investigations at Skinwalker Ranch in Utah and studied cattle mutilations and other anomalies. With journalist George Knapp he wrote Hunt for the Skinwalker (2005). From 2008 to 2010 he was deputy administrator of Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS), which ran the Pentagon's AAWSAP program.
Skinwalkers at the Pentagon
In 2021 Kelleher co-wrote Skinwalkers at the Pentagon with James Lacatski and George Knapp. The book describes AAWSAP's case studies, its research reports and what the authors say were effects on researchers who visited the ranch.
