Henry Deacon — A physicist using a pseudonym claims secret physics is decades ahead of public science.

In 2006, a man calling himself "Henry Deacon" was interviewed by Project Camelot, a website run by Kerry Cassidy and Bill Ryan that recorded interviews with alleged whistleblowers. He said he was a physicist working at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and claimed that secret physics was decades ahead of public science.

Deacon made many claims, including that there were bases on Mars, that time-travel technology existed, and that some UFOs were related to future humans. He was later reported to be a man named Arthur Neumann, though this hasn't been fully confirmed.

None of his claims has been substantiated. The testimony notes that journalist Ross Coulthart has said undisclosed sources told him some UAP occupants may be "future humans", an idea that echoes Deacon's. Neither claim has supporting evidence.
