Kit Green's Wayne State encounter study — Kit Green shows Vallée a study of people who believed they had encounters.

According to Jacques Vallée's journals, in August 2003 Kit Green showed him research from Wayne State University in Detroit, where Green worked on medical and biometric studies. It included data on people who believed they'd had encounters with UFOs or unusual phenomena.

Green's interest in measuring physical and physiological effects of UFO encounters continued for years. In the 2010s, he worked with Stanford immunologist Garry Nolan on medical cases of people, including intelligence and military personnel, who said they were injured near UAP, some showing brain abnormalities on scans.

The 2003 research shown to Vallée hasn't been published in detail. It's part of the long-running effort by Green and others to find measurable evidence in encounter reports.
