Contractor speculation dinner (2004) — Vallée's circle speculates about which contractors handle real UAP projects.
According to Jacques Vallée's journals, in March 2004 Vallée had dinner with Kit Green, Hal Puthoff, Eric Davis and engineer Kristin Zimmerman. The group discussed which defence contractors might hold UFO material, if any did.
It was speculation, not evidence. The contractors most often mentioned in such discussions over the years include Lockheed, Northrop, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, TRW, SAIC and Bigelow Aerospace.
Similar speculation became public in 2023, when David Grusch told Congress that defence contractors held recovered non-human material. No company has confirmed any such program, and the Pentagon's AARO reported in 2024 that it found no evidence.
