Karson Kammerzell's Tic Tac account — A Navy communications operator describes the Tic Tac event from the USS Princeton.
Karson Kammerzell, a former Navy cryptologic technician who says he served aboard the cruiser USS Princeton during the November 2004 "Tic Tac" encounters off California, said in 2020 that the object interacting with Navy jets was tracked closely by the ship's systems and that data was collected.
His account adds to the testimony of other Princeton sailors, including radar operator Kevin Day and technician Gary Voorhis, who said the ship tracked unusual objects for days before the encounter and that recordings were later taken away.
The Navy hasn't released the Princeton's radar data or confirmed what happened to the recordings. The Tic Tac case is one of the best-documented UAP encounters, with multiple pilot witnesses and the FLIR1 video, but key sensor data remains unreleased.
