Long Beach undercover approach claim — Coulthart writes a source was asked to go undercover inside an aerospace company.

In his 2021 book In Plain Sight, journalist Ross Coulthart wrote that a source was asked by an aerospace executive in Long Beach, California, to go undercover inside the company to find out about UFO material supposedly held there. The source described the company as having "sprawling gardens".

The testimony notes that the only major aerospace company in Long Beach was Boeing, which inherited the former McDonnell Douglas plant there. McDonnell Douglas had a documented history of interest in UFOs, including Robert Wood's study in the late 1960s.

The source is unnamed, and the account can't be checked. It's one of several claims in Coulthart's book about contractors holding UAP material.
