Coulthart on divested UAP technology — Coulthart says UAP technology was moved into private aerospace companies.

In late 2021, journalist Ross Coulthart said he believed UFO technology had been "divested" into private aerospace companies, overseen by a group that included contractors and government officials. He said this arrangement kept the material outside government records and oversight.

Coulthart, an Australian investigative journalist, has reported on UAP since writing In Plain Sight (2021). He later interviewed David Grusch for NewsNation in June 2023.

These ideas later featured prominently in Grusch's claims. They remain unverified, and AARO's 2024 historical report said it found no evidence of such an arrangement.
