Andrew Basiago is an American lawyer who claims that as a child he took part in a secret U.S. government time-travel and teleportation program called Project Pegasus, and that he travelled to Mars. He also claimed that Barack Obama was part of a Mars program.
Assessment
Basiago's claims have no supporting evidence and have been widely dismissed, including by other UFO researchers. The White House publicly denied the Mars claim in 2012. He ran a small campaign for president in 2016 on a platform including disclosure of time travel.
