Michael Smith is a former U.S. Air Force radar controller who gave testimony to Steven Greer's Disclosure Project.
His account
Smith said that while serving at a radar station in Oregon in the 1970s, he and colleagues tracked unidentified objects, and that he was told to report such events only to NORAD and not to discuss them. His testimony, recorded in 1996 and included in the book Disclosure (2001), is one of several from radar operators describing procedures for handling unknown targets.
