In November 2019, Longuemare described how secret programs were overseen in that period, in a discussion related to the Wilson–Davis notes, which mention a 1997 meeting with officials responsible for special access program oversight. He did not confirm the existence of any UFO program. His comments are used by researchers trying to understand how such a program could be hidden.
