Jaime Shandera is an American TV producer who said that in December 1984 he received an envelope containing undeveloped film showing the MJ-12 "Eisenhower Briefing Document". He worked with William Moore and Stanton Friedman to research the documents.

Shandera and Moore later found another document, a Cutler–Twining memo, in the National Archives in 1985, which archivists believe was planted. The MJ-12 papers are widely regarded as forgeries, and some researchers suspect Moore and Shandera's intelligence contacts were part of a disinformation effort.
