Description

I have always liked this particular photograph, I was actually seven years old when this was taken, it always had an eerie quality about it, just imagine seeing this in the sky above your home, the reality is that hundreds of these objects were seen in the 1960s and 1970s, a matter of fact in the 1970s we had a UFO flap here in my area of Indiana, disc shaped objects were seen over the town and quickly departing out into the country, the Sheriff's Department was chasing the objects and watching them land in the fields, trying to maintain pursuit as they would land and take off to another area of the country.

This was front page news in my area in the 1970s, and everyone was talking about it.

1967 - Zanesville, Ohio - February. Ralph Ditter, a Zanesville, Ohio, barber took two photographs of this unknown object.
Ditter was an amateur astronomer, and avid sky watcher. He made the two photos available to the press. Object certainly looks like a disc with a top.
