Description

Was outside on a friend's balcony when something strange flew by across the horizon and looked like a moving orb followed by a drone. I then saw a whitish blue vertical flash that looked like a shooting star but it moved from down to up. A few moments later, I spotted this faint object in the dark hovering slowly in an erratic pattern so I began to film it. It would glow and fade out.. Suddenly, it became bright red before "cloaking" itself back into the dark and disappearing. There was no noise.
