Arthur C. Lundahl (1915–1992) was an American photo interpreter who founded and directed the CIA's National Photographic Interpretation Center (NPIC) from 1953 to 1973. He personally briefed President Kennedy on Soviet missiles in Cuba in October 1962.
UFO connection

Lundahl's analysts examined UFO films for the CIA, including those reviewed by the 1953 Robertson Panel. He knew several UFO researchers, and in 1959 he attended a session involving a Navy officer who claimed psychic contact with aliens. Researcher Grant Cameron has suggested Lundahl briefed presidents on UFO imagery. He spoke little about the subject publicly.
