Ron Pandolfi is an American physicist who worked for the CIA's Directorate of Science and Technology for many years. According to several researchers, he was given responsibility for "weird science" topics, including UFOs and other anomalous claims, in the 1990s.
In UFO stories

Pandolfi appears in Jacques Vallée's journals and in accounts by researchers including Hal Puthoff and others who said he was their contact at the agency. He was also linked to the Rockefeller Initiative in the mid-1990s, when he reportedly met members of Laurance Rockefeller's group. Some researchers suspect he monitored the UFO community. Pandolfi has not spoken publicly about this work, so accounts of his role are second-hand.
