Two Roswell materials claim (2002) — A general reportedly tells Eric Davis two unusual materials were recovered at Roswell.
According to the testimony, in March 2002 physicist Eric Davis was told by a general that two kinds of unusual material had been recovered at Roswell. This connects to statements by Brig. Gen. Arthur Exon, who was at Wright Field in 1947 and later commanded Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
In interviews with Roswell researchers in 1990, Exon said he had heard that the debris was tested at Wright Field's laboratories and included some material that was very thin but couldn't be broken, and some foil-like material. He believed the debris came from an extraterrestrial craft, but didn't see it himself.
Exon died in 2005. Skeptics link the described materials to the foil, rubber and balsa components of Project Mogul's balloon arrays, while supporters see Exon's account as one of the strongest from a senior officer.
