Robert Emenegger was an American film producer and advertising executive. In 1974 he produced the documentary UFOs: Past, Present, and Future, narrated by Rod Serling and featuring interviews with Air Force officials.
The Holloman film story

Emenegger said that in 1973, while working with his partner Allan Sandler, Air Force officials at Norton Air Force Base invited him to make a documentary about UFOs and told him about film of a 1964 landing at Holloman Air Force Base, where officers supposedly met alien visitors. They later withdrew the offer, and the documentary included only a dramatised reconstruction. The 2013 film Mirage Men presents the episode as a possible government experiment in shaping public belief.
