Arthur E. Exon (1916–2009) was a U.S. Air Force brigadier general who was a fighter pilot and prisoner of war in World War II. In 1947 he was a lieutenant colonel at Wright Field in Ohio, and in 1964–66 he commanded Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
Roswell statements

In 1990 interviews with researcher Kevin Randle, Exon said he had heard that material from Roswell was brought to Wright Field and tested in labs, where it was found to be unusual, and that bodies were also recovered. He said a group he called the "Unholy Thirteen" controlled the matter. He stressed his information was second-hand. His statements are among the most cited in Roswell research.
