My husband took this video on June 3 at 7:38 am in Lisbon, Portugal. He thought he was just filming the swallows flying over the rooftops but immediately we zoomed in to get a closer look at the four lights hovering in the middle of the sky.

I thought at first it was a reflection but we slowed the video down and the birds flew in front of the lights. So, not a reflection.

Also, the two bottom lights seem to sway independently from the top two.

What is this??
