Anna Paulina Luna (born 6 May 1989) is an American Republican politician who has represented Florida's 13th congressional district since 2023. She has been a leading voice in Congress for UAP disclosure.[1]
Background

Luna was born in Santa Ana, California. She served in the U.S. Air Force as an airfield management specialist from 2009 to 2014 and later joined the Oregon Air National Guard. In 2022 she won election to the House, defeating Democrat Eric Lynn.[1]
Declassification task force

In February 2025 Luna was appointed to lead a House Oversight Committee task force on the declassification of federal secrets. Its remit included the assassination of John F. Kennedy and UAP, and in September 2025 it held a hearing on UAP transparency and whistleblower protection.[1]
UAP claims

Luna is a member of the congressional UAP Caucus. In August 2025, on The Joe Rogan Experience, she said she had heard testimony about non-human beings on Earth and suggested they could be "interdimensional". In The Age of Disclosure (2025) she said the government had programs to recover crashed alien technology. These claims have not been substantiated.[1]
2026 files

After President Trump ordered the release of government UFO files in 2026, Luna demanded that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth hand over UFO videos by a deadline; the Associated Press reported that the deadline passed without the videos being produced.[2]
