UFO connection

Sheehan says that in 1977, while advising a study for the Carter administration through the Library of Congress, he was shown classified Project Blue Book material in which he saw photographs of a crashed craft with symbols on it, which he sketched. He has represented UFO researchers and whistleblowers, worked with Steven Greer's Disclosure Project, and later advised supporters of the UAP Disclosure Act. He leads the New Paradigm Institute. His account of the photographs has not been independently confirmed.
