Henry L. Diamond was an American environmental lawyer and long-time associate of Laurance Rockefeller, with whom he worked on conservation causes.
The Rockefeller Initiative

In 1995, Diamond wrote to President Clinton's science adviser John Gibbons about Rockefeller's efforts on the UFO issue, including Rockefeller's request that the government release information. The letter is among White House science office documents released later, which show that the Rockefeller Initiative reached the highest levels of the administration.
