Bob Fish is a former defence contractor who, in March 2015, emailed John Podesta, then counsellor to President Obama, about UFO data.
The emails
In the messages, released by WikiLeaks in 2016, Fish said that an Air Force satellite system collected hard data on UFOs, and he described meeting a veteran of Project Blue Book. He urged Podesta to push for release of the data. The emails show that people with defence backgrounds approached Podesta knowing of his interest in disclosure. Fish's claims have not been confirmed.
